CANCELLATION POLICIES:
A deposit representing 50% of the total cost of
booking
(including pampering options) is due at time of reservation.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be processed automatically
on credit card
unless alternate arrangements have been made at the time of the reservation.
Written cancellation is permitted 30 days prior
to arrival.
Deposits on record at that time will be refunded, less a $250 administration
fee.
If cancellation is received within 30 days or less of scheduled arrival, all
monies on record are
100% non-refundable. Rates are subject to change without notice,
though rates for deposit-paid reservations will not change.
Travel Insurance:
The resort strongly recommends that all guests purchase travel insurance within
72 hours of booking.
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and for this
reason we are unable to make exceptions to the 30 day cancellation policy. Please
be sure to consult your travel professional (or our friends at Tri
Star Travel) regarding trip cancellation insurance.
