The ensuite has a full shower, separate soaker tub
and a spacious walk-in closet.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized wrought iron bed with hotel quality
mattress and luxurious linens.

Adjacent is the main bathroom with full
size shower and tub.

This spacious property features beautiful laminate floors throughout with
heated tiles in the kitchen & bathroom and ensuite.

The laundry room has a full sized front loading washer & dryer
with a laundry sink, iron & ironing board.

The spacious covered deck has a large natural gas barbecue, a patio set that

POLICIES:

Canadian rates do not include applicable taxes.

We are a smoke and pet free property.

In consideration of the neighbourhood quiet voices only (indoors and out) after 10 PM.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

A deposit representing 50% of the total cost of booking
is due at time of reservation.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be processed automatically on credit card
unless alternate arrangements have been made at the time of the reservation.

Written cancellation is permitted 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposits on record at that time will be refunded, less a $250 administration fee.
If cancellation is received within 30 days or less of scheduled arrival, all monies on record are
100% non-refundable. Rates are subject to change without notice,
though rates for deposit-paid reservations will not change.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance within 72 hours of booking.
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and for this reason we are unable
to make exceptions to the 30 day cancellation policy. Please be sure to consult your travel
professional (or our friends at OIS Financial Ltd.) regarding trip cancellation insurance.

Check In / Check Out:

Check in is Sunday after 4:00 p.m and check out is the following Sunday before 11:00 a.m.

Other Fee Policies:

There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150.
A $500 *refundable security deposit is required at time of booking.

After checkout*, the property is inspected and an inventory is taken. A refund is then issued
for the security deposit provided that there was no evidence of damage (intentional or accidental) or missing items.
It is hereby mutually agreed upon, by both parties, that the cost for damaged or missing items
will be deducted from the security deposit.

You are responsible for the property at all times during your visit. It is your responsibility to make
sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving the unit, even
if it is for just a quick stroll down the street. These few extra steps will ensure the
security of your belongings.

Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the agreement will forfeit the security deposit.

Maintenance Requests:

It is the guests responsibility to inform us immediately of any maintenance issues as they may arise.
We are available 24 hours a day and will do our very best to correct any problems as soon as possible. Please leave the kitchen the way you found it and place garbage and recyclables in receptacles outside of property.

Keys:

There is a $75.00 charge for lost keys.
